“Excellent Warm Winter Boots”

“Here in the midsouth of Tennessee the weather changes constantly where temps swing 30 or more degrees quite often; ( and with rain which can turn to ice and snow ). ( In the last two weeks we went from the 50's to 9 and back to the 50's again; ( along with some snow ). Although we are not really considered a winter climate; occasionally we get down to single digits and I wanted something really warm I could depend on that would last. It is not a hiking boot and I only wear it when needed. This is a work boot and is heavy but solid and well built. It will be more than enough to take care of anything that I may need when the weather gets really cold for many years to come. More would be overkill. I am so tired of fashion footwear passed off as winter protection to keep you warm and dry. I can not speak for Arctic conditions but if a good winter boot for simple outdoor demands is what you seek then this is an excellent choice. ( You may want a good footbed insert for added warmth and comfort. )”
