“good choice for heavy boots”

“Ordered these and the Baffin Rush together. Ended up keeping the Baffins. These are a great boot, but are a heavy hiking boot, not very flexible, and about tall-ankle height. I wanted something flexible, taller and easy to break in. If I did more cold weather hiking or more motorized snow sports, or was working with heavier equipment, I would have kept these. Not a good choice for deep snow or casual use but looked to be well made, warm and waterproof.”
