“Have been looking for the perfect cold weather breathable pants for the midwest blustery snowy winters. I walk my dogs 5 miles a day and these are perfect for the job. When the temp is below 10 degrees I add long johns other wise they are perfect by themselves. I normally wear a size 6 and the 38 gives me plenty of room for long underwear. Just ordered my second pair. I am 5'1" and 125 lbs.”
