I am 5'7"+ and wear J crew size 0 and got these in a 4. They were roomy and large in the waist but I decided to keep them. Ideally I would have gotten a 2 if available. They are relatively warm, but there is plenty of room underneath for base layers. I had 3 b.l. on in "feels like" in single to negative digits and that was about right for me. Two was a bit cold. The length was just right but may be too long for someone shorter. They are not bulky. Pretty cute fit but all that depends on your shape.

Incredible jacket. Warm, fits great, waterproof. Solid construction.

Wearing to sporting events

This is a terrific coat for ski race parents or others who stand on-hill or in the cold for long periods. Both my wife and I have one of these and have found them to be super warm. That being said, I view this jacket as a piece of technical ski gear -- would not think it would be great as a commuter coat. The hood is great for over helmet use - smaller and would not work for that purpose. Am concerned about zipper -- first coat had to be returned because zipper teeth pulled out on first use. Replacement seems much better. My wife has not had any problems.

Good value ski pants for the all round skier.

Perfect pants for skiing or standing on the hill. They are a little long but that's to be expected as I am 5'2". Loved that the waist wasn't so tight I couldn't tuck in my shirt. Nice looking.

As per the other comments on these pants, I ordered a small size. I am a 33" waist and they fit perfectly. Very high quality pants that are warm (skied at 5 degrees and wind the other day), comfortable with plenty of pockets.

I bought these pants for my fiance for Xmas and she is VERY pleased w/ them! She says they fit really well, are extemely warm, and completely waterproof. though we havn't had much snow in NJ we'll be giving these a thorough workout in Aspen next week!! Great Product, Great Price :)

Have been looking for the perfect cold weather breathable pants for the midwest blustery snowy winters. I walk my dogs 5 miles a day and these are perfect for the job. When the temp is below 10 degrees I add long johns other wise they are perfect by themselves. I normally wear a size 6 and the 38 gives me plenty of room for long underwear. Just ordered my second pair. I am 5'1" and 125 lbs.

nice pants, very warm - had a quality issue with first pair I ordered and had to exchange. 2nd pair noticed some stitching coming undone on velcro closure on side pocket - not a big deal - but they were just a little too big. I'm usually a 4/6 in pants and ordered them in a 6.
