    I have a couple of shoes from Karhu. It is a good company. The "steady ride" shoes are for stability. They end up giving up a little cushioning to provide more stability. I prefer the "fluid ride" shoes better. But these are definitely not bad shoes.

    I wear these shoes and run 15-30 miles per week. I love them! They are comfortable and I ran faster when I started wearing them. Definitely a great running shoe. I bought two more pairs right away and the price is absolutely amazing!
