Ok, I haven't skied these yet since it is still summer. However I do have the Kastle MX78s in size 168 and they are an awesome ski. These should be a little better is softer snow and crud and should sacrifice very little in grip on hard snow. I ski in the East mostly in NH and for the conditions the 83mm waist is ideal for groomers and 4-6 inches of fresh snow. Can't wait for winter!

Demoed a pair of these in Aspen last winter and loved them. Never thought I would get a pair as they are so expensive. This is a fantastic deal

Got a screaming deal from STP on the BMX 188's that I just could not pass up. Read many reviews, and recited to give them a try. I have been extremely happy with how well they perform across varying conditions. Amazingly easy turns on groomers, decent float in powder,, and they plow through the crud with ease. Even performed well in the park. I wasn't expecting the ski to be a single quiver option...but it is. I am a big guy (6'3", 220 lbs), and I found the ski light weight, fun, and easy to get it to perform as I needed it to. Kastle makes great high quality products, and the BMX over-delivers. You will not be disappointed.
