nice casual pants

I wore these pants to Thanksgiving with friends and got many compliments on the color and original design. Very comfy and cute, but they did wrinkle easily--usually I can wear pants a couple times (or three!) but these had to be laundered after one wearing because of the wrinkling (mostly behind the knee, but also the crotch area.) Because these are so comfortable and great color, they are worth it though.

Weird Front Pockets

These pants feel and fit great. The only thing I didn't like about them was the weird second set of front pockets, which you can't really see from the photo. There are regular side pockets, then these extra ones in the front, where the seams make the pants look like chaps. Odd styling.

I love these pants. The combination of hemp and cotton make them feel sturdy and soft. The multiple pockets and placement make them great for gardening. They are a bit long for my liking, but I plan to take them up just a smidge. Not a big deal for such a great pair of pants. I plan to purchase more from Kavu.

Just a little bigger than my size. Maybe buy a size smaller than you truly are. Otherwise, they are strong pants, look good, and are lightweight but warm!

Kavu Ponderosa pant is made w/hemp and is very comfortable, more so as you wear them. This pair was true to size, an 8, which is not always the case w/Kavu. I need a 31-32 inch inseam and this one works well for me. Prefer a bit below the waist and these provide that fit. I own another pair of Kavu hemp pants and hope these are as durable as those.

I usually wear between a 6 and an 8. The 8s were too small for me and the 10s were ridiculously too big. Still the color and cut are so beautiful. If they fit, I'd buy another pair in a second. [...]

I wanted to love these pants because Kavu is a great company, but the stitching on the front was too much--it was the first thing you saw when you looked at a person wearing these. It really does draw the eye right to your crotch, and even my husband said that made them unflattering. Other than that, nice fit. Maybe it is more noticeable in some colors. I tried the gray but am sending them back.

These pants are great for in the garden - extra pockets and very durable. Also look good enough to wear into town. I ordered the red brick color and it is a muted orange-red, very nice. Liked them so much I ordered them in brown.
