“The poor construction of this halter leads to a very poor fit. Regardless of your chest size, there is an excess of fabric that doesn't form to your curve. Essentially, the fabric flows away from your skin revealing plenty for all to see. I tried to manipulate the tie in the back to get the fabric to lie flat, but nothing worked. I returned it.”
