I use this vest for added insulation under my leather jacket while riding my motorcycle in the winter (down to 17 degF). It functions well for this. However, it is way oversized. Other reviews said it was too large so I ordered a size smaller than needed but it was still too big. The zipper broke after several weeks. I will jerry-rig the zipper and live with the size issue because it keeps me warm and was inexpensive.

Don't be fooled by the price...it's not worth the postage!

would recommend this product to any one for outdoor use.. Warm, durable and can be used for commercial, casual or sporting activities.. Nice appearing as well.

We saw the other reviews and already knew we needed to order a smaller size. My husband normally wears L and we ordered S, but still it's way too big. You can almost fit two small people in that vest. Why would anyone ever call that a size small, we wonder. Having said that, it might fit some people very well. For the price, it seems like a good down vest for casual wear. It's a shame they don't have his size.

Vest is undersized, zipper broke the first time I put it on. Material doe's not breathe.

GREAT TO USE WHILE WORKING AROUND HORSE BARN. IF IT GETS DIRTY JUST WASH IN WASHING MACHINE. DOES NOT LOSE SHAPE OR SHEEN.

I'm 6'2, 220lbs (OK 225), and I bought a medium based on the other comments, and I'm swimming in the thing. The only thing that's true to size is the neck, which when zipped feels like the Boston strangler. The fabric is stiff and kinda tacky feeling and looking. It is down though and it is warm. The price is so low that it'll be alright for guests and work, [...] I would say, spend the money on the nicer down vest; they feel so much better it's like night and day.

I read reviews and got one size smaller. It was perfect. The vest is warm as only down can be. I'm very pleased with it and reversible feature is a plus.

I bought this knowing that it probably would not meet expectations and my assessment was correct. A medium is at least an xl or 2xl. The down is inadequate and the lining is not abrasive. The price was too good to be true in this case.

Recommended, but order it two sizes smaller than usual.
