    These flips are comfortable the minute you put them on. Do have to get used to big toe or second toe hitting the guard, but more toe coverage would be a desired feature as well, either in this model or another. Partner put them on for birthday in July and hasn't taken them off! Thanks Keen.

    I cautiously recommend these Keens. I loved the flip flops but if you are like me and your second toe is longer than your big toe they won't fit you right. My second toes caught on the upturned part. Not comfortable. Had to return them reluctantly.

    Believe in the barefoot-is-good-for-you concept, but, have had a love/hate thing with flipflops after traumatizing my foot yrs ago. Then it was just sorta, "What's the point?" However, these Keens are great: lightweight, comfortable leather straps, and a bit of protection exactly where I need it!
