Unfortunately the back of the heel is only about 2/3 as high as a normal keen shoe. Its just too short to feel comfortable when I walk around. I'm going to have to return them even though they look great.

Reviewed by Previous fan of Sierra Trading Post from Concord, MA on Saturday, April 06, 2013I ordered two sizes of the Keen Bidwell slip0on shoes, 11.5 and 10.5, as I was not sure based on previous reviews if they ran true to size. I received them yesterday and was disappointed to find that the 11.5 were too large and that the 10.5 fit but was not the same shoe! The style and sole were completely different. The model number on the Keen box for both sizes was nnnn which matched the model number marked inside the 11.5 shoe, but did not match the model number marked inside the 10.5 shoe which was nnnnn. In addition the 10.5 size shoes were loose in the Keen box without any original packing making it obvious that they were previous returns. I have purchased quite a bit over the years from Sierra Trading Post (they claim my savings vs. retail is over $10.000) so I have had a lot of transactions for comparison and have never experienced receiving the wrong item or anything that looked used or like it was a previous return. The fact that Sierra Trading Post is now owned by TJX, a large corporation, vs. a family owned business makes me wonder if this will be typical of their service in the future. Overall the quality of the CORRECT style shoe is very good, but Sierra Trading Post's attention to detail on shipping the correct item is very poor. This is something I would expect from a second source vendor on Amazon, of course with Amazon at least you would get the item in in 2 days instead of having to wait at least 6 from Sierra to be disappointed.
