I use them indoors and for occasional excursions just outside. I bought them as house slippers, but they appear to be durable enough to use outdoors too.

Answer I would recommend a light/soft brush and warm water with a mild soap, let air dry.

Answer These will be ok in the wet weather but will break down and will not keep your feet dry as they have a drop back and are not waterproof.

Answer They are wool and not waterproof at all. I would only wear them when it is dry (or indoors), otherwise your feet will be wet...

Answer I wore mine yesterday while watering and puttering in the yard. They weren't necessarily soaked for a long time, but they definitely got wet and were none the worse for wear.

Answer I bought a pair in monument grey. It definitely is gray not blue! This gray does lean more toward the bluer hues of grey (rather than brown hues or other...) I would describe it as a "light steel grey". The color in the picture is pretty accurate I think. I hope this helps!

Answer The seal brown color has a brown sole and the upper is a darker red/purple color. Our pictures are a close representation of the true product.

Answer I LOVE these, bought my first pair at STP store in Cheyenne and have worn them as slippers (w/ great arch support!) all fall, winter, and I'm still am wearing them this spring... I LIVE in these when I'm at home! I've always considered them to be brown, but hmmm, looking at them (yes they're parked on my feet now!), they really do have a purplish-red tint! The color may also vary significantly depending on whether you are in fluorescent, incandescent, or sun type light. (I use CFL's, so I'm looking at them under fluorescent lighting...) They are a good basic color anyway! (I just bought a second pair for when these wear out:)
