Keen Dakota Shoes - Waterproof Slip-Ons (For Women)

I wear these shoes all day and can walk for miles without discomfort. I bought two of the same kind.

Well, I really like my Keen Venice sandals (both pair), and my Keen Bali slides (both pair), so expected to like these Dakotas as well. Guess what? I LOVE these Keens! Perfectly comfortable from the git-go, and they breathe well, too, so my feet don't get too hot. I would buy another pair in a minute if I could find them in my size in a color other than black. They are just about the most comfortable and supportive shoe I've ever owned. Here's to Happy Feet!

I wanted a waterproof, easy to put on and comfortable boot for walking my dogs. These were great out of the box...fit perfect, waterproof and comfy!

Another classic Keen product. These shoes are stylish and functional. I wear them to work and have to cross slick snow covered areas and the traction is awesome. But, they are also comfortable and stylish. If I could only get a pair in brown too...

So glad to find another pair of Keen Dakotas in my size! Have been wearing a pair for 3 years and have been looking for another size 10 so I can have a replacement pair if the originals ever wear out (I have the originals on today!). So comfortable and waterproof! Great for everyday casual wear. The usual Keen comfort.

Plenty of room in the toe box, like my Rykas. Comfortable sock liner with enough room for my prescription orthotics. I walk a lot even on rainy days and these are perfect for my needs.

These are my third pair of Keens-- I have one other pair of shoes and one pair of sandals. In general, they're the goofiest looking footwear on the planet, but I sacrificed style for comfort a long time ago. I love them particularly because of the wide forefoot. The Dakotas were pretty stiff at first but are starting to become more flexible each time I wear them. I also like the fact that they're waterproof.

like most keen shoes these are comfy right out of the box, but unlike the photo, these are built on the "wide toe" keen last, not the narrower one you find on some of the other styles (like lucca). I'm a size 6.5 and because this is small, is a bit of a clown shoe look because of the wideness of the toe. leaves lots of room to flex your toes etc, in keeping with the Keen approach to shoe fit. but be aware that is wider that picture shows in front (go look at some Keen in store if you are not familiar with Keen style in general)
