After wearing Keen Pyrrenies hikers for a year I am thrilled to find an even better Keen boot. I have wide feet and Keen is the only brand that I don't worry about. These are wide enough, though obviously less so than my broken in ones. They are also more rigid and supportive for carrying a backpack and the higher top gives more ankle support over rocks and roots.
