Keen Footwear Barbados Thong Sandals (For Men)

These are very comfortable flip flops I only wish they were a little wider.

These are the only Keen's that I could not wear. The toe strap just did not work with my feet. The sandals as a result were very uncomfortable.

These are really great sandals.... nice looking and the novel toe stop makes them more versatile and comfortable than most "flip-flops."

I love the Keen Waimea flipflops (best ever) but, beware the Barbados - there's not enough big toe room under the cap. Can't wear 'em.

these are by the best flip flops on the market there is no comparison.

love these, however, i get tons of stares at how awkward looking they are with the big toe

I purchased the Keen Barbado due to my experience w/other Keen shoes. An earlier version of this flip flop had a more structured sole w/the same upper. This version will not wear as well due to its lack of structure. They are comfortable but are a lesser grade than its earlier version. Decent quality for the price. My daughter ordered a pair and the strap pulled out on the first wearing. Have to wonder if the lesser grade sole is worth it.

Keen footwears are designed to protect the big toe, which makes me feel safe and comfortable

I own many different Keen shoes/ sandals. Usually I order the women's but none were offered in this style. I ordered both colors sizing up 1/2, even though I am female. One would think that I wouldn't have to, but that is pretty standard with most Keen footwear and although these are men's, indeed it held true. Inconsistent fit between the two pairs. The blue ones seem more true to fit like my other pairs (comparison to women's). The overall size is the same between these two flip flops, but the fit is different. The beige pair are more snug in the overall make, from the top of the foot through the toe divide making it a very snug fit, and I understand what others say about it being a little snug on the toe. Mine are not uncomfortable just no ease with slipping the foot into the flip flop. I have to use hands as well, and I have never had to do that with any Keen sandals/flipflops/slides. I would recommend a full size up in the beige pair for an optimal fit, whether guy or gal. Otherwise, these are great flip flops with the unique added toe protection. These are super light weight, can be laundered, however, I wouldn't wash them on a regular cycle like the full sandals, due to the different footbed. A great value and price @ STP.
