Keen Genoa Peak Trail Shoes - Waterproof (For Women)

I wear these on my daily commute. They are by far the best all around walking shoes I have ever worn. Equally great for street and trail walking and truly waterproof. They run a tad small, so size up one half from your normal street shoe size. Highly recommended.

I would recommend this shoe just be aware that it runs a half size small.

Mom wears these for her outside Job which has her watering plants for a nursery. She needs something comfortable and water proof, Keen fits the bill.

Sorry for not commenting earlier but I had to wait until I used the shoes for a few weeks. The major problem I'm having with these shoes is keeping to laces tied. The laces just won't stay tied. I could double tie them but I have arthritis in my hands and would have trouble getting them un-tied. I will most likely buy different laces if I can find some the right color. My husband purchased these for me. They are heavier than I'm used to wearing but I will get used to them.

This is my second pair. The toe box area is large enough to accomodate a heavy pair of socks. I am very fussy about comfort and these trail shoes are extremely comfortable. I'm hoping to locate another pair in my size!

I was disappointed in the fit--very wide for my foot and stiff construction. Sent them back.

These seem like excellent shoes but are narrow for my super wide feet. Keens usually fit me great which is why I ordered these, but because the leather is somewhat rigid they really press on my big toe. Too bad because I think they're excellent otherwise. I returned them but other people with less wide feet should find them okay.

I love these shoes! They are a perfect fit-- I have narrow feet, but need a square toe box... these shoes are great. No break-in time needed, they were comfortable right out of the box. They breathe well yet are waterproof. Best of all worlds. I haven't been on a hike with them yet, only walking around town, but I am sure they won't disappoint. What else can you expect from Keen?

I work at a dog boarding kennel and have gone through 3 pairs of shoes in just under 2 years. I needed a good hiking shoe to withstand dog paws, rocks, mud, slick floors, etc. and these shoes are working out well. I can't attest to their long-term durability as I have only had them for 2 weeks. I am especially pleased with how water resistant they are. Between dogs splashing in water buckets to the swimming pool, cleaning kennels, and rainy days, I am no longer working in soaking wet shoes and socks. I love these shoes so far!

I actually returned these - they were a little stiff and not quite what I was looking for - the colour did not appeal to me. To be fair they have the usual Keen comfort and fit as they suggest a little on the small side. I did get another pair of keens though!
