Keen Jasper Shoes (For Men)

I have tons of Keen shoes and I buy just as many men's styles as I do the women's (I am female). Sometimes, I just like the men's styles and colors better. I already know I wear an 8.5 in men's and a 10 in women's (though these Jaspers run on the narrow side, the most narrow of men's Keen's that I have found.) I did order an 8 because they didn't have an 8.5 in the color I wanted. I can wear them fine, just with light weight socks. These Jaspers are awesome and I only wish they were not a discontinued style. I could not find them ANYwhere else but STP, and I specifically wanted the orangy/tannish color. I love the lacing all the way to the toe. LOVE this style!! My one and only complaint (and thus 4 stars instead of 5) is that the right shoe towards the top the suede buckles a bit. If you know what you're looking for, it IS noticeable. But I liked them so much, I kept them anyway.

Looks good & very stable for trail hiking. Not for long treks but good for 2-4 miles. Always loved their sandals & now the shoes as well!!!

Second pair! Full disclosure: first pair wore out within a year (hole in the sole), but Keen replaced with a different set (Jasper no longer available from the factory for warranty replacement). I love them so much I found another pair here. The sole looks to be made from a durable material now. I'm tempted to buy a third before they are no longer made!

Have purchased this exact Keen style before and like the fit--this shoe is much smaller than Jasper model should be.

This is a very comfortable shoe and has great arch support. I didnt feel the need to wear orthotics (I usually do). Being a KEEN shoe its half a size smaller. I wish I had ordered 8. I will recommend this shoe to every body. Its great with Jeans.

I have a pair of the origional 'Jaspers' and LOVE THEM >> so, when i saw the sale, i jumped on the chance ot have a back up pair (hey, they may actually wear out some day)... Boy was i dissapointed. Cheep laces, NO arch support, molded tred is nothing like origional .. I've been to China many times .. and these remind me of a $5 silk marked knock off .. Sorry .. but one of the STP buyers was hoodwinked ... IMHO

I'm writing this for my husband. He has pronation issues so buying shoes is tricky. He loves these! Says they are like wearing slippers! But with support so his feet don't hurt. (He can't wear standard slippers) He hasn't worn the Keens enough to comment on how they wear.

Casual wear in the evening or on the weekend. They run a little small so be sure to order a 1/2 size larger than normal. The gray color looks really good with jeans.

I presented this to the boyfriend. Because this is shoes for which any field is useful.
