    Pros:
    Attached rain cover, Many Pockets, Strong zippers, Water bottle holders
    Cons:
    Way too heavy
    Best Uses:
    Backpack not daypack use
    Bottom Line:
    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I wanted a light pack, which would hold two water bottles and be protected from rain. I also need someplace to attach my hiking poles. This LOOKED like the perfect pack. However, it is substantial and it feels like it weighs nearly as much as my wheeled carry-on luggage. (The description says it weighs 2.2 lbs. At least!) The zipper compartment for the rain pouch is difficult to open. I'm still in search of a light-weight day pack.

    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    I'm a history nut. Some of my research is locating old cemeteries and recording the information on the stones. In my backpack I carry a computer and camera plus a few things to enable me to read the stones. The built-in rain cover is great to protect my equipment and instruments. Plus water bottle and extra cloths when needed. Its'easy to wear,comfortable to wear, and scure on my back when climbing through the bushes.
