“I got these shoes after reading another woman's review of them stating that the straps don't bother her bunions. She was right on. I have a medium width woman's foot. Since you are able to cinch them tighter with the elastic shoe lace, it doesn't matter that they are men's shoes. They are easy on/off. The soles are very sturdy...much more so than the usual woman's Keens that I have. That might be good for scrambling over rock, lava, etc on the beach. I have 5 different pairs of Keen's sandles. I love them all. These won't let you down”
