Keen Portsmouth Shoes (For Men)

i love this shoes

I wear them everyday for work. Look good, plenty of support, meet my expectations for Keen footwear.

The shoes were a little tight across the ball of the foot but broke in after a day or two. I work on my feet all day and appreciate the good support and cushioning. I like the squared off toe box (finally my toes aren't cramped) and the wrap around rubber toe guard keeps the shoes from looking banged up

I have worn these shoes only once, to work, and found them stiff enough across the toe to cause a blister. They fit well, and have good arch support, but are unusually stiff for a Keen shoe. I expect to "break them in" using some extra toe padding--there is ample room in the toe bed for this.

I walk about 6 miles a day, they feel great, but wear out in about 6 months. They are so comfortable that I will continue buying them. [...]

Really a joy to wear. I have a toe issue and the wide foot box really helps.

I was genuinely surprised how much my wife liked the way they look. They're sturdy, waterproof, AND lightweight and a perfect fit. Others complained about the shoelaces - and their inability to double-tie them. If y'all just double-tie the "rabbit ears" of your laces, there's plenty of length to do it.

This is my first pair of Keens. The Portsmouth shoes were supremely comfy right out of the box. No break-in needed. They have awesome support and provide all-day comfort. They are also a great sporty-looking shoe. They have one serious flaw, however. They are super SQUEAKY! With each footfall as each heal comes down on the ultra cushy and supportive orthopedic footbed, I hear a super annoying squeak and feel the vibration of either my heel against the footbed or the footbed against the inner lining of the shoe - not sure which. Keen needs to work on this.

Great value and comfort. I have to admit my wife was right about these shoes being practical as well as good-looking.
