I am a nurse's aide and am up on my feet all morning helping the patients. These shoes have keep my feet from aching by mid-afternoon. Sadly nothing will ever 100% protect you from a 12-hr work shift, but these shoes are my choice to best remedy that problem!

I'm a nurse on my feet all day,I used to have to bring 2 pairs of shoes to work because my feet would ache halfway thru my shift. Being a big guy it was hard to find really comfortable shoes especially for standing long periods of time almost in one spot. Now I only wear my Keens for work and my other shoes are back in the closet. Truly a very comfortable shoe for work, well made and tho i care less for style than comfort I've had compliments on them. If you're on your feet for long periods I recommend you try these shoes.
Pros: Comfortable, Cushions Impact, Good Arch Support

I've owned these shoes for a year now (not these specifically, but the previous version) and as a chef who spends endless hours on my feet, I must say they are the most comfortable shoes I ever wore (I've been cooking for 30 years!). They also grip extremey well, even without the new, extra grip sole. Even when the tread filled with kitchen gunk, they still hold tight to the floor.
I just wish that STP would carry a different color. White gets dirty mighty fast in a kitchen, and b/c they're made from leather, they got cruddy quickly, and after a year of cleaning, the finish started wearing off. The soles on the otherhand, barely wore at all.
