I wouldn't have believed that different L and R socks would be superior to the usual sock, but these definitely provide more room where needed. They are perfect with light hiking boots & trail shoes. At the risk of looking very '60's, I'll probably wear these with Birkenstocks, too.

Got these for my wife since she is slowly transitioning her technical wear from synthetic to natural fibers of 100% cotton or wool. She got these because she was under the impression that they were 100% merino wool, however, she was disappointed to find that they are actually made of 52% Merino Wool, 41% Nylon, 5% Polyester, and 2% Spandex. After reading the Specs it does state that they are not 100% merino wool so shame on us for not completely reading about these socks. IMO, these are nice socks that are well constructed and appear to fit well regardless of the mixed materials.

I love this sock. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because it's a tiny bit tight at the top. But this happens often to me since I have a tiny foot (size small) but a normal sized ankle/calf. I wear this sock to work and it really is a great alternative for a "trouser sock". It stays in place and wicks away any sweat. It's fantastic. Seriously. Get you a pair! Merino Wool is always the best! :D

About Keen

Keen shoes have been helping feet find adventure since 2003, and it all began with the signature KEEN.PROTECT toe bumper. It might seem strange to build a footwear company around a feature, but that iconic toe bumper is more than just a style add-on. It’s what allows Keen sandals to hit the trails and provide the best toe protection possible. In fact, Keen was one of the first footwear companies to make closed-toed hiking sandals. Over the years, the product selection has continued to grow and now includes Keen hiking boots, trail shoes, cycling shoes, socks, clothing and bags. The brand is also actively involved in land and water conservation projects in the US, Canada, Europe and Japan.
