“Not so hot quality control”

“I ordered two pair a half-size apart since I'd never worn this brand before. The fit was not noticeably different so I'm keeping both. One of the four shoes I received is missing the grommets on the top eyelets. Another shoe has an inch-long gap where the mesh layer of fabric wasn't caught into the seam. (This appears to be a cosmetic defect.) The shoes are comfortable, but I would have been upset if I'd paid full-price for the poor attention to quality.”
