Keen Roatan Water Shoes (For Kids)

These shoes are great just wish they weren't so wide at the toe. There are like typical Keen shoes with the exagerated width at the toe but from the picture, I didn't think they were as wide as they actually are. They almost look like clown shoes as a result and they flop off my child's feet because she has very narrow feet. Would not recommend for someone who has narrow feet.

Good price from STP. Bought for all 4 kids. Very wide toe box. The big disappointment with these is the insoles stay sopping wet forever! I was hoping they'd be good for creek wading, but the result is the kid walks around in wet shoes for a long time after. Guess they'll have to go Teva sandals w/ nylon webbing and rubber insole like I have. My kids do use these for backyard play but they will no longer be a "water shoe" for us.

I loved these shoes in the infant sizes and was so sad when my child outgrew the 7. So when I bought the 8, I was very disappointed to see that the shape was so strange. It looks like they scaled down a size 12 to work as an 8, so as mentioned in other comments, the front toe is a really odd shape, very bulbous. On the other hand, my DD has narrow feet and I didn't get the sense that these were way too wide in terms of fit, just in terms of how it looks. I think these will be better for us when she gets to a larger sized foot.

I bought these in the infant size, and hope they will be in stock to buy a larger size for next year. My daugher has the red and wears them all the time with everything! We have received so many compliments on them and they add that splash of color to an outfit. They are especially great for playing, climbing, and wading. They are that pair of shoes that look great and are functional too.

My 7 year old took these out of the box and never looked back. She has them in fire-engine red and absolutely loves them. She says they're very comfortable and she can run and even do gym class in them. They don't seem to pick up dirt at all, and they're a great 'funky' shoe for everyday use.
