    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    A comfortable, warm, breathable boot -- but after 3 months, the bootstrap on my Salem Keen boot (structurally the same as the San Antonio) pulled out! In a shoe with no laces, you're going to rely on the straps for the lifetime of the shoe, and these were just poorly constructed.

    This is my 14th pair of keens. I am extremely hard on shoes and have difficult feet to fit. Keens stand up to my 15 hour days on my feet better than any shoe I have found and they stay comfortable all day. Best of all - Keen makes an effort to be an environmentally responsible company.
