“Back to the Future”

“Purchased my first pair of clogs back in the 70's. Never thought they'd be in style again, but when I saw the price of these Keen clogs I had to try them out. My life has come full circle.I bought them in my normal size but was a bit concerned about fit, given the comments of other reviewers. They were a bit snug at first, but given that they have leather uppers, they quickly conformed to my foot after a few days break-in. They have typical Keen comfort and rugged style; I've quickly become a Keen convert and now own about 6 pairs. The only issue I have with Keens in general is that the size listed can vary by as much as half a size, so you kind of take pot luck when ordering for Sierra. Of course, I always order form Sierra as their prices[...] are outstanding.The only downside is that, if you wear them with socks, the dye leeches a bit into the socks. Being the ultra cool guy I am I'm wearing my black clogs with white socks, which become a bit gray by the end of the day. That's the sacrifice I have to make for high fashion!Anyway, if you're a Keen fan you can't do wrong by these shoes, as long as you can get the right fit. If you haven't owned Keens, these are a good first set.”
