“Looks nice but...”

“The photos and info on the website gave the impression that these were a rugged, durable sandal/shoe that were suitable for walking or traveling. Out of the box they had an awkward fit and lacked KEEN's reputable foot support and stability. The shoe felt heavy and the neoprene heel and the leather heel strap just didn't work. I wore them for approximately 4 hours before one of the small "laces" which attached the leather heel strap to the shoe came off. They could have been defective from the get-go and I definitely don't hold it against KEEN.”
