“Disappointed”

“I love Keen products. I have 3 pairs of their sport sandals, and I expected to love these shoes for hiking with my dog. I actually tried to like these, even though I was disappointed with them from the moment they were on my feet. I have found Keen products typically to have a wide footbed (I wear a B width) and to be extremely comfortable with no break-in. These shoes were tight and were narrower than my other Keens. Adding a sock for hiking wasn't an option. Looking back on it maybe I should have checked to make sure they were the right size. I can't imagine that ordering a half size up would remedy the situation, maybe a full size. I returned these, truly disappointed, and wondering if these were a Keen knock-off.”
