    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    These shoes are cute. The fit is different from the typical keen shoe. There is no arch support and they run small so order a half-size up. I would wear these only casually and not for lots of walking, as there is not enough support. I have found that after wearing a couple of times the top of the shoe between the heel and achilles is very tight and I'm hoping it loosens up. I have never had to break-in a pair of Keen's before.

    I heeded earlier reviews and ordered a size up and they fit perfectly. The elastic near the toe is tight at first but wears in quickly. I took these shoes traveling in Nicaragua and they were comfortable to wear walking around. I think they are pretty cute, too.

    This shoes definately fits small. I wear a 7 1/2 and bought the 8. It is almost too small, but I'm keeping anyway. The right shoe is also rubbing on the top of my foot. I'm hoping this goes away after breaking them in. The sole is very comfortable.
