    I really liked these shoes, but I had to send them back because of the size. I usually wear a 8.5 and the 7.5 still felt a half size too large.

    The shoe is at least a full size too big. The look great. I tried big socks and inserts to try to make them fit before I finally sent them back. They don't have a smaller size in stock. They are a great comfy alternative for work shoes.

    The shoes are one full size too big and slip off the foot. I am wearing orthopedic insoles and it was hard to put them in the Sofias, compared to other Keen, I am a little disappointed. But they look great, I will wear them with an extra insole so that they fit better. I guess for someone who doesn't wear orthopedic insoles, and if they can get them in the correct size, they will be excellent, but for me, only 3 stars/5.

    I took the advice of everybody else who reviewd and ordered a 1/2 size down - wish I had ordered a full size down from what I thought would work. Keen is so odd - I wear a differnt size in every shoe. I admit that I do like wearing heavier smartwool socks with my keens so I usually order 1/2 bigger to accomodiate them, but even with my heaviest sock the heal slipped - buyer beware!

    I loved these shoes but unfortunately I feel the are a full size too big!! I live in Australia so a bit far to send back for a refund, luckily they fit my mum perfectly (she is a true size 7, I am a 6). They are very cute and very stable with great non-slip soles.
