Keen Sterling is very comfortable, however I had to return them because the heel is too large it slipped as I walked. I was not able to keep them on my feet.

These shoes are very comfortable. Seem to be of good quality. I am sure they will last for years - at least I hope so. Nice style - goes back to old loafer style of the middle of the last century, so in that sense, the fashion is old, but this is a nice update of that fashion. I am tending to like the straps on Mary Janes, but these are nice looking also. Nice and heavy duty for walking outside, but not as much around the house.

Lots of room in the toe box...very comfortable, but nice enough for work wear.

I thought these were really cute & comfy looking shoes. I often wear Keen shoes & find them comfortable. These remain cute, but did not seem to have a arch support, were a bit on the short side, and were not comfortable for me. They fit differently than my other 4 Keen styles. I returned them.

Keen shoes fit my feet so nicely. The arch support is in the right place, every time. I like these loafers because I can wear them with dress slacks or jeans.

Based on other reviews, I ordered my normal size. My feet run a little wide, but these shoes fit perfectly!

I love Keen so I'm disappointed I am going to have to send these back! But due to the reviews saying these ran big, I bought size 9.5 because I'm generally a 9.5-10, depending. (I just purchased a Keen size 10 sandal that fits GREAT). I got them today, and the length seems possibly slightly short, but not terribly so. I came to the conclusion that its not so much the length in these that's the problem, but the width of the back of the shoe. It seems sort of "stretched out" in the back and loose, so that my heel slips in it when I walk. And the length itself was fine but because the back of the shoe was so loose, and didn't hold my heel in place, it let my foot squoosh to the very tip of the shoe and thus felt too short. But if I scooted my foot back, the length seemed fine...but then to start walking again, the backs started to flop off as my toes squooshed toward the front again. Cute shoes, nice leather, comfy footbed, length okay...but back half of the shoe WAY too wide (and my feet aren't narrow, they are average to slightly wide).

I bought this shoe in an 8.5, the new size my dealer told me I needed. I have another pair of Keen MaryJanes that fits well and is an 8.5. The shoe was huge so I sent it back for an 8. The 8 came and was very loose but after spending $12 on shipping and reshipping, I decide to keep them and live with them loose. I really like the look of the shoe so when I had a chance to buy them even cheaper and pay $.99 for shipping, I decided to get a pair in another color, too. Since the 8 was still big, I ordered a 7.5. You know the rest--they're too tight. Last time buying shoes I can't try on!!!!

I am a teacher, so I need supportive shoes. I have had a great experience with Keen shoes in the past, so I thought that I would try these. Unfortunately, the KEEN.CUSH is not as supportive as the metatomical footbed. These shoes have no arch support and are actually not very cushy in the heel. I do like the looks of the shoes, so I will be keeping them, but I will need to wait to wear them until my plantar faciitis goes away; these shoes are just too hard to be comfortable right now.
