My 4 year old loves these & wears them nonstop. She asked to wear them to bed.... Must be comfy! & Yes, there is still snow & she is wearing them :)

Answer In Keen women's sizes a US 6.5 is a EU 37, and in Youth Keen sizes a EU 37 is a size US youth 4. The 4 should fit.
