Let me first say that I have done many, many backpacking, hiking and outdoor adventure trips -- and every single trip, I've ended up with blisters within 2 miles of beginning my trips. Most of the hikes I do are 20+ miles. I had given up on shoes, thinking that there would never be a hiking shoe that would work for my strangely shaped feet. Then I bought these Keens. Tried them out on a strenuous 2-day trip with a rocky 3,100 foot climb that included creek crossings, etc. The shoes did amazing. Almost zero break-in time (I got them about 4 days before the trip and just wore them around the house) and genuinely comfortable, even for my feet. The best part -- NO BLISTERS!!! Buy them. You will not regret it. Just make sure you buy a full size larger than your regular every day shoes. You want a half size larger just because they're hiking shoes and a half size larger because these run small.

This is my fourth pair of Keen Targhee II shoes. Good arch support and waterproof. I have pressure washed in these and still had dry socks. Highly recommend these.

Don't EVEN worry about stream crossings (shallow for the shoes, medium for the boots) - these babies are waterproof! Comfortable, too! I'm really enjoying them...

My feet were exceptionally sore and I blamed my old worn out sneakers; for the same price as new sneakers I was able to get these hiking shoes which are very supportive and comfortable. Even with my sore feet I was able to wear them right out of the box with no breaking in. My feet are getting less sore every day!

These shoes are really comfortable. I haven't gotten to check out how waterproof they are yet, but I just took them on a steep hike, and the traction was great.

I've used these shoes on a couple of mountain hikes so far. They were comfortable and kept my feet dry in the mud and puddles. I plan on wearing them to hike Mt. Washington in a few weeks.

This particular shoe seems 1/2 size smaller than it's marked. Overall, it seems like a very high quality shoe.

Nice looking shoe. I bought the Voyageur as well. I plan to use this for more active times like camping later this summer. I would even wear them in the winter snow.
