THis is my second pair of targhee II. The first pair was much better looking and fit better. THese seem fine, but sending them back because they looked kinda cheap. The materials that Keen used in previous years looks better and were not as stiff. Anyhow, for [$], which is what i paid, you are getting a great waterproof hiking shoe, but the look isn't as great as previous year's product. I did end up sending back because the size i bought was a bit too big. They do run a little small though.

Just got those hiking shoes for backpacking. Haven't worn them outside yet, a little bit stiff for now, and heavier than I thought, but still pretty comfortable. True to sise, great price for great products.

I wore these hiking shoes to Alaska, climbed on Glaciers, hiked around National Forests and wore them boating while whale watching. The shoes provided a steady foundation, are very comfortable and kept my feet dry. I wear a size 6 and purchased a 6.5. The shoes have a broader toe box than most so my wide feet had plently of room with medium weight socks.

I love Keen products, this is my 10th pair. If your looking for quality and structure this is the shoe for you. If your looking for a more sneaker like shoe try the voyaguer.
