Very large! Holds enough Hunting wear for 4-5 day trip.

we have several of these. they are great to store backpack (full), sleep pad, boots and misc items all together. great to use as checked bag with all gear inside. top & end handles are big and tough for grabing and throwing around. I am going to buy another.

I bought this bag to use as a pack duffel for air travel. It gets it's maiden voyage next week, but a trial packing run was better than expected. My fully loaded ~5000ci pack fits snugly in the XL with enough space left to stow extra layers or other loose gear, and the compression straps eliminate any unused space, so you have a nice, compact bundle that slings comfortably over your shoulder without the contents shifting around. It's a few dollars more than a proper pack duffel, but the construction quality and flexibility of this bag make it well worth it, although it is bulkier and and a bit heavier than other options.

Its a great bag for what I need it for - mainly to get my friends to quit laughing when they see the paper bags I have packed my stuff in past trips. Seriously it's a quality bag for the money. The only thing it needs is a little something to be on the shoulder pad to keep it from slipping off your shoulder.
