Reviewed by Big Horn Bill from Rocky Mountains on Friday, March 01, 2013Needed a rain cover to fit a Kelty Yukon with a sleeping bag strapped to the bottom and a tent strapped to the top. The large is a perfect fit. Nice that it folds into its own sack, but nothing extra special about it. Mountainsmith makes an almost identical rain cover with more choices in size (have one for my ultralight pack). Same material and same general design. The only difference with the Kelty is 2 straps that can hook onto your backpack's shoulder straps. Personally I don't use them. With STP's discount this Kelty was cheaper than I could find the Mountainsmith of comparable size so I got the Kelty. There's no way I'd pay full retail price. The one I got is not charcoal like the description says, it's a dark green. I actually like it better.
