Most Helpful 4-Star Review
Reviewed by 2Birds from Oregon on Tuesday, May 14, 2013I haven't actually used this outdoors yet, but after having shopped for a new tent for months now, I can tell this will be a winner. I set it up in the living room and was pleased with the quality and ease of assembly. Most of the tent wall areas are mesh, so for protection and privacy, you'll definitely want to use the fly. As with most tents, the 3 person rating assumes you are close friends! This will be perfect for two people with a little room for gear inside the tent, The dual vestibules provide even more space. You'll need to stake out the fly to keep it off the tent walls. Will update after first use.
Reviewed by Steve the birder. from Austin Texas on Sunday, May 12, 2013Very pleased with the Kelty. No rain on our first outing. Really pleased with overall quality. We liked the stakes, light and strong and reflective rope is a nice touch. Easy to set up and poles seem strong. The black loops that hold back rain fly flaps at doors are difficult to use and one broke, used a clothes pin to hold back the flap. Expect to get many years of service out of this tent. Would be five star except for the loops holding the rain fly flaps.
