We loved our pack. We used it for both our children, three years apart in age, and it still looks almost new. It carries as much capacity as I am able to carry by weight when you include the weight of the pack, the child, and the gear that can be stowed inside.
I didn't have any difficulty with the bladder falling out the bottom. It CAN take 2 to load it if it's not being loaded from the back of a truck, the van, or a picnic table, but that's only if it's fully loaded. I'm a recreational hiker and I can do it by myself from the ground if it's not loaded for an overnight trip.
Very satisfied with the safety features of the pack in terms of transporting my children. We fashioned a pillow on the pack and my daughters both slept fairly comfortably while hiking.
On the down side-I found that when the child's backpack was also loaded and zipped on the back of the pack, it shifted the weight of the pack backwards enough to be uncomfortable, but once I had 2 children, the older child carried her own supplies in the small pack when we hiked or backpacked, so it was handy then.
