This is a backpack I enjoy having on my back. I put stuff inside its compartments and they stay there.

I bought this as a daypack for hiking. I've only used it once so far, but it was just what I needed. Good amount of room for extra layers of warm clothing, organizing sleeves for storing small items, and accessible front zip pocket. I was nervous about the outside pockets b/c I'd seen comments that they weren't deep enough for water bottles, but I didn't have a problem (I didn't use a nalgene though, I had a taller, more narrow bottle). Looks nice, like the color.

excellent all around backpack I use it for work and play and snowboarding yadda yadda. The only issue I have with it is that it is kinda narrow at the top between the straps, tends to rub on the neck a bit but otherwise really nice pack for the money

I was pleasantly surprised when my Redtail pack was delivered. The color was a great sky blue (less of a cobalt), and it had more organizational pockets than depicted in the description. Not having enough pockets had been a concern when I ordered it, but it was a great price so I ordered anyway. It's also a good size for carrying around daily essentials or on a trip. Not so much a hiking backpack, but great for my purposes...

Overall its a good pack, but I've dropped water bottles out of the side pockets at inopportune times (like on a mountain or in a city bus) because they are not deep enough.
    • Cons: No Bottom Lash Tabs, Too Small Mesh H20pockets
    • Pros: Handles, Laptop sleeve inside, Or Hydration Compatible, Organizer pockets
