This pack is amazing. The biggest asset is its padded hip belt. The belt is adjustable to fit your frame and offers great support as well as cushion. I liked the looks of the bag, though it is quite buily even when empty. I wanted to use it for work/school to transport a laptop and books in and the design of the main compartment zipper doesn't allow for easy loading of books etc. Would be nice if the hip straps were removable. Good padding, but I could never get it comfortable on my back, especially not with a load.
