“Solid build. Easy to adjust. Comfortable fit (I'm a fit 210 lb, 6 foot guy!)Only reason I wouldn't give it 5-stars is because it's advertised as an 8-25lb carrier....and there is just no way that I can see this working on a baby that small. We just received ours 3 days ago, our little right now is 5 weeks and 12lbs....and he *barely* fits in there. He's partially able to hold his head up already, which makes it usable with him facing my chest. But I just can't see how you could fit a baby in there (8-10lbs).Our little guy is also pretty long (24 inches), so there's enough of the pouch to catch his head (side to side). But shorter than 22 inches? I dunno. I suspect that's why they warn that your baby could fall out if he's too small -- the top flap wouldn't catch their head...and hence they could just tip right over. The original list price of [$] is definitely too high. Let's face it -- for that price, you might as well just get a Baby Bjorn. But if you're looking for something cheaper that is still very functional, I think this Kelty at Sierra's discount price is a *good* purchase. Not the best deal I've ever scored at Sierra Trading Post...but it's a solid purchase.”
