This Fleece Gaiter could not arrived at a better time. Our Ski season has just started here in Australia, and it freezing on the hills. This gaiter is warm and cosy, and a perfect fit.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Northwoods Year 'Rounder from Northern WI on Tuesday, November 24, 2015I ordered this gaiter as a backup to a Turtle Fur fleece gaiter I got years ago, and a Smartwool wool gaiter. It is in-between the two: less snug and warmer than the wool gaiter; thinner than the Turtle Fur. I have a long neck that needs to be sheltered from the wind or else I am cold no matter what. So I plan to wear this gaiter in "medium cold" temperatures: 15+ in the damp Midwest. We'll see how this gaiter works out.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Montana Momma from Bozeman, MT on Monday, November 23, 2015This gator is rather thin and am not sure it will do the trick with our harsh MT winters. I also am not wild about the contrasting seam. I will be keeping this as an extra for shoveling as it was so inexpensive.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Neetie from Colorado on Sunday, November 22, 2015As expected. Fluffy and warm
Verified Buyer Reviewed by zonie911 from Tennessee on Saturday, October 31, 2015Nice, but it ran a little small..But it is still usable and will keep the neck very warm in cold weather...
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Czak5 from SF Bay area on Thursday, June 25, 2015I didn't want to wear a scarf and didn't think it mattered much, but these really hold the heat in, I was surprised by the difference.
Question & Answer
“How many seams are there on this gaiter - some have a single join but others have a seam on each side. Thanks”
There is one serged seam. It does not bother or itch me.
