    There is a ribbon-type binding at the top of these, that doesn't show up well in the photo. Adds a hard edge that is sort of annoying. I bought 3, wore 1 and will be sending the other 2 back.

    This is my first gaiter. Very practical and useful. Better than a scarf because it has less bulk. Great for kids! No worries about loose ends getting caught under sleds etc.. Got one in pink for my daughter.
