Kenyon Polartec® Balaclava - Windbloc® Fleece (For Men and Women)

We got it late in the year, so it hasn't been used outside at all. I can't comment on how warm it is. It is the correct size for a small child. The only one in my family who it fits is my 1st grader. The face opening is big, so the protection of his cheeks doesn't look at that great. We'll find out more next ski season.

Kenyon Malden Polartec Balaclava - Windbloc Fleece is a fine product, it is nice and warm. Although the breathing mesh are could be a little larger to better enable breathing moisture to escape, and I feel that the eye hole is bit too wide.

My husband has hearing loss in his ears, and we protect them in all weather. This balaclava is warm without making him sweaty, and really protects his head, ears, neck when we need it. No, we don't have a lot of freezing days in Dallas, but when we do, it's usually a big mess, meaning that we have to make sure ice/snow don't accumulate on our trees. This balaclava keeps snow/ice from landing down his neck.

Love the feel and warmth. Great for working on the farm on a cold day! Highly recommended!

not flexable, tight

Great balaclava. A large fits me comfortably, or at least the way I like it and I have a small head. Bought one as a gift and had to return it to get a bigger size.

Overall a good product. Great wind blocker. Seems a little tight. Maybe my head is just too big.

This balaclava is VERY small and fabric is not stretchable. I bought adult medium size but even my 10 year old was not able to pull it over his head. It hardly fits my 8 year old and he has a small head for his age. I cannot imagine any adult would be able to put it on. Except for the size, the quality and fit is very good and balaclava is definitely blocks the wind. I decided to keep it for my 8 year old. I also ordered Kenyon balaclava for youth. It easily fits my 10 year old and there is a room to grow. Even visually adult medium size is smaller than youth's balaclava. I would advise buying this balaclava for kids with a small head, otherwise you may have to return it.

This balaclava can be worn several ways--good as a cross country skiing hat in varying weather. We also use these as cold weather chore hats on the farm.

Very warm, but I found that breathing through the vent in front would consistently fog up the glasses I wear. Adjusting the fit of the nose vent several times didn't cure the problem for me. If you don't wear glasses, then this is a very good item. Kept it for my wife.
