This is a great product for downhill skiing. It blocks the wind and has a cutout so that you can easily breathe and talk without condensation building up on the front of it. It can easily be tucked in to goggles to keep you warm on the lift and pulled down off the face when you get hot. It is extremely versatile.

I liked it when I pulled it out of the box, but when I put it on it was way too big. It doesn't stay on my face and there are huge gaps on my neck. I passed it on to my husband - it fits him better. I guess it's not meant for petite people - I'm 5'3"

I can wear this gaiter under my helmet and jacket while riding the motorcycle in colder weather, and pull it up to cover my face if the wind is strong. The section that allows you to breathe when it is up over your face is especially helpful for this. My only complaint is that it is a little tight getting it over my head initially, but once on, the size is fine.

Got this for winter bike commute. A thin elastic band lines the top edge, it has a mesh-breathing-patch in front of the mouth area. It's designed for a good size nose to push the mesh patch away from the mouth, and to hold the mask at a certain height on the face. Unfortunately for me, my nose just doesn't push it far away enough, and the mask wants to either slide off my nose to land on my lips, or slide up toward my eyes... Also, there is a tab inside, in the front, by your neck -- not sure why they didn't decide to put the tab in the back. For the well-nosed-sized folks, I'm sure it'd be a great mask, as it is very warm and offers good protection against the cold, and I can basically make it fit me.

The part for breathing is really great. I can see it from my friends' eyes.

This is too lightweight for extremely cold usage.
