I bought these for sitting in a duckblind in Manitoba, and was not disappointed. Very warm. I wouldn't buy these if you will be moving very much since they're probably too warm for activities unless it's extremely cold.

The poly fleece material is warm & comfortable, but as a lounger those who like the pure "next-to-skin comfort" experience might be annoyed(or not) by the fly popping open when sitting. Indeed, its not a leg clinger but I find it a suitable base layer under looser cut pants. I also have the form fit Polartec Power Stretch version but think the Polarskins feels more warmly comfortable against the skin.
I just measured my husbands and the inseam is 30 inches. They have been washed but never dried. Hope that helps.

blonokids answer---- I bought an XL and from top to bottom its 41 inches. The elastic waistband measure at 35 inches but remember this is elastic so it'll strech out bigger.I'm 5 9 in height and they fit me fine,I'm not sure if they will fit a 6'2"or not but those our the measurements i can give you.I am very happy with my 2 pair they keep me very warm.
