Kenyon Polarskins Long Underwear Bottoms - Heavyweight (For Women)

I agree with the other reviewers...what body type did Kenyon use to make these guys? The waist is somewhere around the ribcage, which if you can even get the pants that high, you're awesome! - because the waist line on these pants is for someone who eschews food 24/7. I wear size 0-2 in pants, got these in a small (should have listened to the reviewers, medium might have worked) and no way were those suckers making it past my knees. The fabric also feels a little stiff but probably warm. I figured they'd be good for sleep and around house. What they ended up being great for is the brown box they came in. Returned!

They seem to be just what I was looking for.

I got these for a cold backpacking trip to be worn under thin hiking pants or alone for sleeping. I like them fine except the waistband is tight and the rise is very high. I don't like things tight around my waist and I even ordered a size up to try to head this problem off. As far as the waistband, it can't easily but cut and to make the pants useful for me I'd have to cut off the whole thing and drop in new elastic after decreasing the rise so they don't pull up to my ribs! Will return them.

Ordered these in a small but when I tried them on they were way too tight in the waist. They fit fine everywhere else and would have been a great base layer. The material felt soft and warm. Ended up giving them to my mom who is a petite 5'2. I might order another pair in medium.

I know these are pretty much designed for wearing under jeans, etc in cold weather and they are excellent for this purpose, but I also use them for pajamas in the winter time along with the matching crew neck tops. They make awesome PJ's. I can't get enough of Polar Skins tops and bottoms. They are fabulous!

This are thick and bulky, which I kind of expected. The material is not a fleece as I know it, but a material with a fleecey inside, and a very synthetic, stiff outside. Extremely unflattering, not fitted, and I'm wondering how they'll layer with my other clothing. I got these to add a warm layer under my protective motorcycle pants for touring when it gets cold. I thought I'd be able to wear them as long underwear under jeans, but there is no chance they'd fit that way. So I guess I'll try them over my jeans, but under the protective pants.

I've worn these pants once as an alternative to skin tight leggings which isn't the best choice for cellulite. The day consisted of a gym visit (including elliptical machine, walking 2 miles and weights), grocery shopping, and hitting a bucket of golf balls. Noticed pilling on the inside of the legs as they were going into the wash. Not a good sign but will keep using them for the price and the color goes well with fleece boots, hiking boots, and black gym shoes.

I work outdoors in the elements standing for long periods of time, these were great for helping keep those elememts out.

Good for x-country skiing in moderate temps 20-35 degrees F.
