    I wear a women's size 8 and ordered the Medium shirt. It fits very snugly, and the sleeves hit me an inch or 2 above the wrist. However, the neck is not binding... so I will use this for layering for outdoor sports on the coldest days.

    Overall a good top. The only thing that bothers me is the cuffs are REALLY snug. This may be a good thing if you don't plan to push up your sleeves. I wear this under my work shirt and when I go indoors or build up heat, I need to push up my sleeves to breathe. The cuffs are so tight that I cannot do this.
