I bought this to use while riding a bicycle in the winter. It is not stretchy, making it a bit difficult to put on and take off. It has a mesh part around the nose for better breathing, plus it doesn't fog up the glasses. It covers the head, face, and neck well.

To measure your head size correctly, measure around the largest part of your head, with the tape measure just above the brow. The adult head sizes below (in approximate inches) should put you in the general size range.|S(21-1/8" to 21½") M(21-7/8" to 22¼") L(22-5/8" to 23") XL(23½" to 23-7/8")
