I just did a walk in single digit temps with about a 15mph breeze and this band kept my ears toasty. It's large enough to completely cover the ear for most people, so you don't have to keep shifting it around to stay warm.

Advertised as one size fits all. I expected a material that would stretch and flex to fit different people. Instead this ear band is relatively stiff for fleece and will only fit those at the largest end of the spectrum.
